Matt’s career has been focused on helping companies improve their business through Lean process and systems improvements.  He has worked in a range of industries (automotive, consumer products, metals and HVAC of Lean in various companies in a range of industries.  At Hallmark he has used this experience to implement Lean in IT, product development, manufacturing, distribution and many other areas of the company.  Matt has also led technology improvements as a leader in the IT division, upgrading systems and implementing cloud based solutions.
