Planning for the Next Stage: Management Succession

KCMN September Meeting

At some point, all organizations must replace key leaders and managers.  Those organizations who anticipate and plan for succession generally are more effective and achieve better results than those who simply react to changes and openings.  Are you anticipating and planning about your succession needs to the extent you should be?

Dan Bean, MA, MBA, Managing Partner of CMA, a St. Louis based consulting firm that is establishing a presence in KC will provide an effective leader to effective leader succession planning process.

Lisa Kist, SPHR and CXO of Robbie, will describe how they anticipate and manage the succession planning process at their organization.  The presenters will also discuss talent review, assessments, transitioning responsibilities, onboarding and unifying the team behind a new leader.
