Best Practices in Managing Safety

KCMN February Meeting

No one intends to have an unsafe work environment. But if you have people in your plant, you have an opportunity for risk.  Join us at our February KCMN meeting where our panelists will discuss:

  • Accountability for safety – Who’s in charge?
  • How they manage safety in their plants
  • Lessons learned
  • Bottom line and morale benefits of a safe environment

Our panel discussion moderator will discuss the safety from an underwriting perspective, including typical questions asked, and discuss outcomes they’ve encountered; and how those outcomes can impact work comp rates.
