With a new year comes new resolve to shore up efforts in your plant or company.  If one of your resolutions is to step up your continuous improvement efforts, seek out new and better strategies for handling workforce issues, or provide an opportunity for your managers to improve their leadership skills, this is the meeting for you!  KCMN offers its members opportunities to participate in 3 interest groups, whose members will share insights, and help you decide if their group is a fit for you.

Lean Support Group – How do you get started with LEAN and how do you sustain it?

Workforces Issues Group – Best practices for recruiting and hiring the best talent

Leadership Development Group – Learning new skills with the support of others

Todd and Jeff will talk about the benefit of the Leadership development group, and how learning new skills can help you become a better leader. Ben will discuss our current group, and plans for future groups to be developed in 2015.
